RETURN POLICY

We stand behind all of the products we have curated for our site.  The quality, design details and sustainability of your products will meet , if not exceed your expectations.  We hope you love your LOOK, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take returnable items in an unused condition fit for resale within 7 days of delivery to your home. (PLEASE NOTE: EXCLUSIONS APPLY)

Not every item on our site is eligible for a return.  We do not accept returns on the following:

  • FINAL SALE items 

  • Wired or assembled products

  • Custom Made to Order items

  • Used items

  • Altered items

Original form of payment:  Receive your refund in the form of your original form of payment for the merchandise price, less the cost of the outbound and return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.

If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions or returns from such customers at any time.

*Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to receive and handle shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt, and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us.
